Stationary Snowmelters

Trecan Stationary Snowmelters offer a unique alternative to portable Snowmelters as they are fixed in ground units that cost less to buy, operate and maintain over portable units. They can be designed to operate on Natural Gas @ 5 PSIG (minimum) or on Diesel fuel and can be strategically placed at various points around an airport or parking lot. Another advantage to Stationary Snowmelters is the in ground pit or tank, if made deep enough the clean out is required less often then with Portable units. Trecan Stationary Snowmelters are available in various sizes and capacities via multiple burners arranged side by side in a concrete pit or carbon steel tank.
